Equipment 交付 to Classrooms
媒体服务 will deliver and set up equipment in the classrooms. 当我们试图 honor all requests for equipment, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice 对于任何设置. Many rooms already contain audio video equipment.
注意: The Media Group will not deliver large equipment (e.g., 25" monitors, computer carts, 等.) to any areas not accessible to people with disabilities.

Sign-out of Equipment
媒体服务 has equipment available for sign-out to faculty, staff and students. All equipment to be checked out must be entered by us in our computer database. 学生 and employees must have a valid Skidmore ID. Classroom educational projects always take precedence over all other uses. 媒体服务 retains the right to call back equipment at any time when it is needed for such purposes.
It is the responsibility of the borrower to return the equipment in good working order on its due date by 4 p.m. unless otherwise agreed.
A five dollar ($5) charge will accrue on 每一个 separate piece of equipment for every day it is late.
